- The Los Angeles Times quoted Laura Christa in the story "Class Actions Are
Here To Stay." In response to the alleged Milberg, Weiss indictments involving allegations that
Milberg lawyers paid illegal kickbacks to clients, Ms. Christa discussed
the likelihood that public pension funds hiring law firms are likely to avoid hiring firms with any kind of taint that an indictment brings.
- Laura Christa was recently quoted in Inside Counsel (formerly Corporate Legal Times) on the topic of a code of conduct class action suit being brought by the International Labor Rights Fund against Wal-Mart.
- In a separate edition, Ms. Christa was also quoted in Inside Counsel on the topic of class action litigation in Europe.
