RICO Actions

• Recovered $43 million on behalf of investors in the Securities Groups based on Federal RICO claims arising from trading of treasury bonds and notes, as reported in The Wall Street Journal, the Times of London and the Los Angeles Times.

• Prosecuted action resulting in confidential recovery on behalf of over 200 investors in Hedged Investments Associates based on Colorado’s RICO analogue and securities laws.
